The Grand College of Spirits is the heart of Atheese, its magical epicentre and the source of much of its power. It is run by a shadowy cabal of pacters and binders who largely keep to themselves, and ensure that Atheese' ever-changing political system never conflicts with their own interests.
In the year 2475, Lucrezia Dreyal pledged to assist the college financially, and helped transport some of their people to the Aras Isles.
